After doing a little research i found that a lot of people favour the NiMH Eneloop rechargeable batteries for their flashgun/speedlights. I found a Eneloop charger and a set of 4 batteries on Amazon.co.uk for about £20, however after reading some of the feedback i realised that the charger doesn't work in the UK, unless i buy a particular adaptor for it and also, it doesn't seem to be a very good charger either. So, i still want to purchase the eneloop batteries, but what would be a good charger (at a reasonable price) to charge up the batteries? If i could get a 8 battery charger then that would be better (as i intend to buy a lot more of these batteries in the future) however, a 4 battery charger is fine.

p.s. if their are any other batteries other than eneloop that you would recommend, please do. I haven't bought the eneloop's yet. Bare in mind i need something that works in the UK.
